Job summary

Clearview Treatment Programs in Venice, CA seeks an entry-level Behavioral Health Technician to support clients across shifts. You will assist with daily milieu management, ensure safety, document in client records, and communicate with the clinical team to coordinate care.

Responsibilities include DBT-informed interventions, participating in group activities, and maintaining a therapeutic environment while supporting client discharge and treatment goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working with clients with substance abuse and/or mental health issues.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to complete within the first 30 days of employment.
• Commitment to maintain continuing education requirements for certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with clinical team to determine interventions based on client needs.
• Engages clients in milieu and activities throughout the day, including group settings.
• Document in client records and communicate with clinicians and supervisors.
