Our Level 1, acute care psychiatric facility located in Tempe is licensed to treat adults and adolescents for a wide range of psychiatric conditions and chemical dependency. Responsibilities
- Assist the RN in inpatient care and act as an active participant in daily shift rounds and the treatment plan process.
- Help patients with activities of daily living under the supervision of the RN.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a therapeutic environment and gather information to support the patient’s treatment and care plan.
- Conduct activities and groups as assigned by the Charge Nurse or Therapist to support treatment goals and objectives.
- Ensure a safe environment and perform duties in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, as well as applicable state and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Willing and able to work a full 12-hour shift. Both Day and Night (NOC) shifts available. Part-time shift is Monday and Tuesday.
- Certified in TO, CPR, and First Aid Training or completed within the first 30 days of hire.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or verifiable equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Must currently possess or be eligible for a Level 1 DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
