This role emphasizes calm, competent care, documentation, and collaboration with clinical teams. Overnight shifts include differential pay, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Monitor client safety and behavior throughout overnight shifts.
• Conduct routine checks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with client admissions, orientation, and overnight needs.
• Observe and document medication self-administration per protocol.
• Respond appropriately to behavioral or emotional crises.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and structured residential environment.
• Support clients with daily living needs as needed.
• Transport clients to appointments or program activities when required.
• Complete required documentation, trainings, and compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support client care.

Position Summary

The Overnight Behavioral Health Technician provides supervision, support, and monitoring of clients during overnight hours while helping maintain a therapeutic and recovery-focused environment. This role works closely with clinical and medical teams to support client safety, stability, and treatment goals.

• Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, mental health, healthcare, or residential care
• Experience working with vulnerable populations

• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of professional boundaries and ethical care standards
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
