Job summary

Munson Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to provide direct care and emotional support in a therapeutic behavioral health setting. You will help ensure a safe, comforting environment where patients feel supported and respected.

Responsibilities include building patient relationships, documenting clinical notes, and delivering care with attention to safety and quality. Inpatient psychiatric experience is preferred; CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• An associate degree or two years of college is preferred.
• CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
  Associate’s degree or two years of college preferred
• Nurse Aide experience with preference for experience as a Mental Health Technician on an inpatient psychiatric unit or previous psychiatric unit
• Possess or obtain CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire
