Job Summary

Behavioral Health Technician (LPT) – Vallejo Location – Evening Shift 3 pm to 11:30 pm; 5 days of 8 hours, no set days, typically every other weekend. Full‑time, part‑time, contract, temporary. In‑Office, Vallejo, CA, United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient behavioral health status, including mood and safety indicators.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records and state systems.
• Monitor and manage escalation procedures for risk of harm, including safety checks.
• Assist clinicians with intake, assessments, and care plan updates during shifts.
• Implement behavioral health interventions under supervision, following approved protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure continuity.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to quarterly pipelines for patient outcomes and service delivery.
• Maintain clean, compliant clinical environment and adhere to confidentiality policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in training and certifications.
• Support patient engagement initiatives to improve adherence and attendance.
• Capture, track, and report key performance indicators related to caseload and outcomes.
• Act as a role model for growth‑minded behavior and contribute to a merit‑based culture.
