Responsibilities

• Provide direct and supportive care in residential and withdrawal settings.
• Monitor vital signs and assess withdrawal symptoms; escalate to medical staff when needed.
• Assist with medications under supervision; document self-administration and discrepancies.
• Supervise clients/patients and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Document and report on shift changes and client progress to the treatment team.
• Transport clients/patients as required and participate in group education activities.
