The Emily Program in Saint Paul seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to support adolescent residents in a residential setting. You will assist with daily activities, monitor progress, lead planned activities, and help residents build skills to manage their eating disorder.

Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT’s) monitor and assist adolescent clients in the residential milieu, lead activities designed to help the residents adjust to living in a community setting and assist the residents in gaining the skills needed to manage their eating disorder. BHT’s play an integral role in the day-to-day function of the clients’ experience.
