Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician for the full-time evening shift (3PM-11PM) in Bowie, MD. The role pays $15/hour before differentials and involves intake, documentation, and supporting patients across behavioral health services.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient needs, coordinating activities, and following treatment plans while maintaining a safe environment. Candidates should have a High School Diploma; healthcare experience and CPR/AED/First Aid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Behavioral health experience or healthcare experience preferred.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete the intake process with new clients entering the program.
• Maintain accurate client documentation.
• Observe and document client self-administration of medication, as applicable.
• Coordinate client activities.
• Follow treatment plan objectives and address client-specific needs.
• Evaluate clients' behavioral and emotional needs, providing appropriate responses, including crisis intervention.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment.
• Assist with clients' dietary needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
