Responsibilities

1. Assist patients with activities of daily living.
2. Provide or assist with direct patient care, diagnostic procedures, and therapeutic interventions.
3. Observe and record patient behavior and activities; report changes and suggest modifications to treatment plans.
4. Establish a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients.

Qualifications

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider within 1 month of hire; Crisis Prevention certification preferred; Certified Nurse Aide preferred.
• Education: High School diploma with 2 years of experience, or Associate's/Technical degree, or 4 years of relevant experience.
