Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician I to provide direct and supportive care in residential and withdrawal management settings. You will monitor health indicators, assist with structured activities, respond to crises, and support medication administration to maintain a safe therapeutic environment.

This role requires compassion, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to collaborate with clinical teams and residents.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of responsible employment.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality laws in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

  • Admit, supervise, monitor, transfer, and discharge clients/patients.
  • Monitor vital signs and escape when necessary.
  • Oversee and document medication administration.
  • Monitor OTC medications and maintain inventory.
  • Document blood glucose levels and maintain equipment.
  • Conduct supervision checks per safety plans and procedures.
  • Assist clients with personal care when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
