Overview

We are looking to add Behavioral Health Technicians at our Indianapolis, IN Facility! FT Night 7p-7a available, very other weekend Schedule.

Join Advanced Recovery Systems (ARS), an integrated behavioral healthcare management company committed to transforming lives through comprehensive treatment. Our facilities support individuals on their path to recovery, with the Recovery Village Indianapolis (RVI) offering a continuum of care for substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician monitors patients, reports as needed, and contributes to a safe environment. Works with the leadership team to ensure success by:

• Communicating and enforcing facility rules professionally.
• Reporting patient behaviors to supervisors and clinical teams.
• Using verbal de-escalation techniques for problem behaviors.
• Maintaining timely documentation and secure records.
• Ensuring a safe environment and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Good driving record required for patient transportation.

Schedule & Benefits

Schedule: 3 / 12-hour shifts & every other weekend. Urgently hiring for FT Nights (7p-7a).

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a health-related field and 1+ year experience, or 2+ years experience in patient care.
• Completion of ARS training or relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience with adults or children/adolescents preferred based on facility.
• Valid driver’s license meeting safety standards.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
