Join to apply for the Behavioral Health Technician (Evening/Night Shift)-North Campus role at Richmond Behavioral Health.

The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority is recruiting for a Behavioral Health Technician at our North Campus in Richmond to perform intermediate skilled human support work. Responsibilities include maintaining client safety, monitoring clients with special needs, coordinating meal delivery, assisting with laundry duties, encouraging adherence to treatment, and related tasks. Work is performed under moderate supervision of the Team Leader, Program Supervisor, or Program Manager.

Essential Functions
  • Monitor and assist clients with activities of daily living.
  • Inspect facility and grounds, monitor client whereabouts.
  • Meet and greet clients, admit them, conduct tours, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness of the unit.
  • Perform laundry duties and assist clients with special needs.
  • Monitor client job performance.
  • Maintain clinical documentation and shift reports.
  • Organize group and meeting rooms.
  • Coordinate discharges with treatment and case management teams.
