• High school diploma required; CRS preferred for qualified candidates.
• Experience supporting clients in behavioral health settings is expected.
• Must be able to transport clients safely and follow clinical direction.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Maintain client counts and ensure safety during transport and on-site activities.
• Record client information in the EMR and assist with admissions paperwork.
• Observe client behaviors and support therapeutic activities as directed.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents promptly.
• Promote a supportive, recovery-focused environment.
