Job summary

New Oakland Family Centers is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician and Driver to support clients in the FACE to FACE Partial Hospital Day program. You will provide direct consumer support, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure safe, reliable transportation.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to work with diverse populations, and adherence to HIPAA and clinic procedures. The position offers daytime hours, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct consumer support and safe transportation in the Partial Hospital Day program.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain clinic documentation.
• Transport clients to/from the facility in a safe, compliant manner.
• Co-facilitate group therapy sessions with a licensed clinician and document sessions.
• Handle crisis scenarios per CPI protocol and CPR if needed; pursue eloping clients safely.
• Maintain milieu supervision, meals and supplies; support multiple NOFC locations as needed.
