Job Responsibilities

The Driver/BHT transports clients, observes client behaviors, records conditions, and supervises clients in the facility, demonstrating exceptional care during transportation and on the floor.

Key Tasks
  • Transport clients safely and ensure all are accounted for
  • Maintain proper boundaries and respect towards clients
  • Inspect and secure vehicles, report damages, obey traffic laws, and document incidents
  • Assist with admissions, including paperwork, drug screens, and emergency response
  • Supervise clients, observe behaviors, and promote a recovery environment
  • Perform housekeeping and safety checks
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Preferred: Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) or willingness to pursue
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and walk stairs
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a growth mindset
