4. Monitoring and charting vital signs.
5. Applying physical restraints or assisting with patient seclusion under supervision.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, less than 1 year relevant experience, and BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include a CNA certification and some college in social sciences.

This full-time day position requires working every other weekend and rotating holidays, with 80 hours every two weeks.
