Position Details

Behavioral Health Technicians provide one‑on‑one interventions to a child or adolescent at home, school, and/or community setting when the behavior without this intervention would require a more restrictive treatment or educational setting.

• Required:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required.
• Must have driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete 40hr RBT Training course prior to start date.
• Preferred:
• 2 years’ experience providing behavioral health services (e.g., previous experience as a TSS/BHT with another agency).
• Completed 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training course.
• Completed college coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field.
