Malvern Community Health Services (MCHS) seeks to support children, adults, their families, role models, caregivers, friends, and members of their spiritual communities by providing individualized, trauma-informed, strength-based behavioral health supports and services that foster meaningful relationships and a fulfilling life in our communities.
Currently, MCHS is accepting applications for BHTs to work with children and adolescents, primarily in the Philadelphia School District, providing one-on-one support and assisting families, caregivers, and schools.
Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) deliver specialized behavioral services based on detailed treatment plans under the supervision of a BC, who is responsible for the treatment plan.
This role requires individuals who are client-focused, team-oriented, dependable, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organizational and problem-solving skills are also essential. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
