Ethan's Crossing in Indianapolis, IN is hiring Mental Health Technicians to provide a tranquil and supportive recovery environment. You will be part of a compassionate team dedicated to safety, daily living support, and compassionate care, working the day shift with a 3x12 schedule and rotating weekends.

The role emphasizes admitting guests with care, monitoring vital signs, assisting with ADLs, and maintaining a calm, judge-free atmosphere to promote healing and well-being for residents.

Responsibilities

• Foster a Healing Milieu: Assist in the admission process by orienting guests and securing belongings with care and respect.
• Support Daily Success: Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and perform routine procedures like vital signs and accu checks.
• Ensure Safety: Maintain a serene environment through frequent rounding and guest observation, reporting all changes to the RN.
• Drive Positive Outcomes: Carry out specific interventions to ensure guest safety and a judge-free atmosphere.

Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12s (7a–7p) | Every other weekend rotation
