We provide behavior support services to children and adults, that is relationship-based, person-centered, individualized and grounded in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. We serve children and families living with ASD, ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, and other social and executive functioning challenges. We also help adults with parenting, lifestyle changes and self-care. Bluebird ABA helps you create lasting change through smiles, happiness and fun.

We are seeking staff for immediate hire in Philadelphia. Current cases are available in the following zip codes:

Case load of 30-40 hours/week available.

We are seeking caring and reliable direct care providers (RBT or BHT-ABA) who are dedicated to helping children with the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. Activities include:

1. Implement the ABA treatment plan under the supervision of the BC/BCBA.
2. Utilize evidence-based strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis.
3. Collect data as instructed by the BC/BCBA.
4. Provide 1:1 behavioral interventions for decrease of maladaptive behavior and acquisition of replacement behaviors and needed skills.
5. Transfer skills to caregivers and school staff for generalization and maintenance.

Additional responsibilities include participating in agency required trainings and supervision.

Must be a kind and patient person who enjoys being with children and helping them learn and grow.

Experience:

• Applied Behavior Analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
• TSS/BHT: 1 year (Preferred)
• RBT or 40 Hour Training (Preferred)
