About the Role

Work across three programs that help clients build coping skills, emotional regulation, decision‑making, and academic or social engagement:

Direct Services – Individualized support for youth through adults (family support, life skills, wellness, behavior modification).
CHOICE Day Program – Structured therapeutic day program with group work, skill‑building, and distance‑learning academic support.
Therapeutic Recreation – After‑school program using movement, recreation, art, and CBT‑based activities to build resilience and confidence.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and ensure safety

What You Bring

• Experience with at-risk youth or behavioral health populations
• Strong communication & documentation skills
• Ability to manage group dynamics
• Comfort with structured environments
• Willingness to learn crisis intervention

Minimum Qualifications

• Meet state licensing requirements for BHTs/Para Professionals
• 21+ years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid AZ Driver's License & insurable driving record
• Must be able to obtain an AZ DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Unrestricted)

• $23–$27/hr based on education and experience in the behavioral health field
