Therapeutic Staff Support

Do you want a dynamic work environment where no day is the same? In this role, you'll support our mission through diversified tasks:

  • Provide 1:1 intervention, behavior modification techniques, and proactive strategies as outlined in the service plan.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure the service plan meets the child's needs and recommend additional services if necessary.
  • Supervise children during treatment and educational activities.
  • Support families and school personnel by providing guidance, information, modeling, and counseling.
  • Document behavioral progress and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and experience working with children/adolescents, depending on program requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Good listening skills, empathy, reliability, responsibility, and a compassionate attitude.
  • Commitment to quality work.
