Position Details

This role offers a pay range of $16.00/hr - $19.00/hr. A Behavioral Health Technician acts as a liaison between clients and clinical staff, focusing on providing a safe environment for individuals in recovery.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake, transportation, and orientation of clients.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental conditions.
• Ensure client safety and wellbeing is prioritized.
• Maintain accurate shift reports and facilitate patient orientation.
• De-escalate situations and manage patient interactions.
• Support medical staff during medication passes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of properties and office spaces.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in mental health or relevant coursework (preferred).
• Ability to ensure patient safety at all times.
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CDCA certification.
