Job summary

Phaxis is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support a 24-hour crisis residential program for adults. This hands-on role requires dependability, keen observation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Schedule is Per Diem with 12-hour shifts (Days 8AM–8PM or Nights 8PM–8AM). Pay ranges from $18–$22 per hour. You will supervise clients, assist with daily living activities, document observations, and relay updates to the clinical team during shift report.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in behavioral health, residential, or human services preferred.
• Strong judgment, reliability, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
