Job summary

Phaxis is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support a 24-hour crisis residential program for adults in Statesville, North Carolina. This hands-on role is fast-paced and ideal for someone dependable, observant, and comfortable working in behavioral health.

Shifts are 12 hours, with Day (8AM–8PM) or Night (8PM–8AM) per diem schedules. You will supervise clients, assist with daily living activities, document observations, and relay updates to the clinical team during shift reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in behavioral health, residential, or human services preferred.
• Strong judgment, reliability, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role ideal for someone dependable, observant, and comfortable working in behavioral health.

Schedule: Per Diem | 12-hour shifts Days (8AM–8PM) or Nights (8PM–8AM)
