**Job Title:** **Location:** Springfield, Missouri Behavioral Health Technician (Youth Residential) **Job Summary:** As a Behavioral Health Technician in our Youth Residential program, you'll provide direct care and supervision to youth residents ages 13-17 with persistent mental illnesses, facilitate therapeutic activities, and work with a team to support the residents' treatment goals and daily program. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with at-risk youth, has experience with direct care for youth preferred, and strong communication and collaboration skills. **Position Perks & Benefits:** Benefits package - health, dental, vision, retirement, life, & more (for full-time) **Key Responsibilities:** Work with a team of residents on their daily program, specific interventions and adjustments to the milieu, including homework, chores, recreation, social skills, daily living skills, individualized weekly and treatment plan goals.
