Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in Utah is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support adolescent girls in a residential treatment setting. Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents.
• Lead and participate in daily routines, group activities, and therapeutic programming.
• Support the development of healthy coping skills, communication, and emotional regulation.
• Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to support individualized treatment plans.
• Document daily progress notes and communicate key updates to leadership.
• Use safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention skills when needed.

New Haven is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians / Mental Health Technicians to support adolescent girls in a residential treatment setting in Utah.

This role is a strong fit for candidates interested in behavioral health, psychology, social work, counseling, youth mentoring, or residential treatment. You’ll provide hands-on support through daily routines, group activities, coping skills, emotional regulation, and structured programming while working closely with therapists and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents
