The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is responsible for the observation and monitoring of patients in treatment and reporting duties as indicated. The BHT contributes to the welfare of the organization and assists patients in a variety of patient activities. The BHT assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment and works effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure success of the facility by completing the following core job duties:
