Health Wealth Safe, Inc. supports adult and senior patients in inpatient and outpatient behavioral health programs. You will monitor patient safety, de-escalate crises using trauma-informed techniques, document behaviors, assist with daily living activities, and reinforce treatment plans.

Collaborating with RNs and therapists, you will help maintain a safe environment, participate in group activities, and support the interdisciplinary treatment team to promote patient well-being.

In This Role, You Will

• Monitor patient safety and observe/report patient behaviors.
• De-escalate behavioral crises using trauma-informed, evidence-based techniques.
• Document behaviors and assist with maintaining accurate clinical records.
• Support patients with activities of daily living and basic care needs.
• Lead or assist with therapeutic groups and reinforce treatment plans as directed by RNs and therapists.
• Maintain a secure, clean environment and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team.
