Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician in McConnellsburg, PA. This part-time role involves delivering one-to-one behavioral health services to youth aged 2–24 in home, school, and community settings, following a personalized plan under a Behavioral Consultant.

You will support families, reinforce skills, and promote independence while providing culturally competent, recovery-oriented care in a community-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain PA Act 33/Act 34 and FBI clearances.
• CPR/First Aid training (or willingness to complete).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one behavioral health services to youth (ages 2–24) across home, school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant.
• Promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development.
• Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
• Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress.
