Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one behavioral health services to youths ages 2–24 in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This part-time role supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotes independence and stability under the supervision of a Behavioral Consultant.

You will follow a personalized treatment plan, deliver behavioral interventions, teach skills, and involve families through training and ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
• CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2–24) across home/school/community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant.
• Promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development.
• Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
• Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress.

This is a full‑time role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotesage‑appropriate independenceand stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant,you'llfollow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education.You’llwork directly with clients and caregivers, helping reduce service dependence while promoting culturally competent, recovery‑oriented care.
