The Behavioral Health Technician is a full-time, on-site position located in Jennings, OK. This role supports clients in their daily routines, monitors client safety and well-being, and documents observations and behaviors in accordance with clinical and program guidelines. The technician assists with implementing treatment plans, behavioral interventions, and therapeutic activities, including faith-based, experiential, and wellness-focused programming. Daily responsibilities include facilitating group and individual support activities as directed, coordinating with clinical and spiritual care staff, and responding calmly and appropriately to crises or escalating behaviors.
