Job summary

Alliance Recovery in Fountain Valley is seeking a dedicated Operations Member to support clients, staff, and daily facility operations. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, assist with intakes, and help ensure accurate recordkeeping.

This daytime, weekday role offers a steady schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM) with opportunities to grow in a supportive, mission-driven team dedicated to compassionate care in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered recovery worker (RADT-1, SUDRC, or equivalent) preferred.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Complete client intakes in EMR and maintain accurate records.
• Organize and upload client documents.
• Conduct and document client drug tests (BAC/UA).
• Greet and assist visitors with professionalism.
• Support clients in following facility rules and expectations.
• Maintain supplies and assist with facility organization.
• Provide "observe and report" documentation for client care.
• Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager & Program Director.
