Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Behavioral Health Technician located in the Charlotte Metro area (Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Iredell, Rowan, Stanly, Davie, Davidson, etc.), with possible remote work. The Behavioral Health Technician will be responsible for providing direct behavioral interventions to clients, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques, collecting and recording data, and tracking progress. The role involves working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborating with other team members to develop and modify behavior plans based on client needs. Effective communication with clients, their families, and team members is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
• Proficiency in Communication
• Background in Psychology, Education, Early Childhood Education, or similar
• Excellent observational and data collection skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma and clear background check required
• Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges is a plus
