Job summary

Paycom is seeking an entry-level Client Serving Specialist to support clients in a treatment program environment, ensuring safety and dignity in daily operations.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Entry level client serving position for individuals with limited counseling skills and/or experience. Support Specialists provide direct supervision of clients and responsibility for the health, safety and security of clients assigned; transport clients in approved agency vehicles. Under appropriate supervision, may provide information and education to clients in a group setting.
