Behavior therapists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an evidence-based treatment, to children with autism and/or other special needs. Little Behavior Consulting, LLC provides services to children in their home and community settings.

LBC is looking for an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our family! Looking for part-time availability with OR without experience in the ABA field. We will provide paid training in order for the therapist to obtain the RBT certification within a certain time frame. Must be available on afternoons and Saturdays. This is a part time position.

Requirements:

• Must be energetic and maintain professional behavior/confidentiality.
• Must be able to physically move quickly, sit on the floor, and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Must have computer and internet access.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• RBT Must have a college degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Must have an interest in working one-on-one with children with special needs and their families.
• Must be willing to take direction, training, and implement feedback as given by the supervisor.
• Pay based on experience.

Little Behavior Consulting, LLC is run by a Ph.D., BCBA-D with over 20 years of experience! Our culture is small, close-knit, and productive. We are truly "changing lives, little by little".

Our team of therapists work hard every day to make sure our clients receive the highest quality ABA therapy. Supervised by Dr. Amanda Little, our therapists have years of experience and many are on their way to becoming Board Certified Behavior Analysts!
