Qualifications

• Experience with psychiatric disorders or substance use preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor safety in a behavioral health setting.
• Assist with treatment plans and document patient status for the team.
• Engage patients in activities and coping strategies; observe and report changes.
• Respond to crises and de-escalate situations following facility protocol.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; collaborate with staff.
