Qualifications

• 0-2 years in behavioral health or healthcare setting.
• Experience with psychiatric disorders or substance use disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care, assisting with daily activities and monitoring patient behavior.
• Observes and reports patient behaviors and changes in status to the healthcare team.
• Assists in implementing treatment plans under supervision of behavioral health professionals.
• Engages patients in structured activities and therapeutic programming.
• Responds to crisis situations and implements safety interventions as required.
