Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in a human services field as listed.
• 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work with individual patients 1-on-1 or in groups per treatment plans.
• Implements suicide precautions as needed.
• Maintains accurate records in the EMR and communicates with RN.
• Assists with daily living activities and patient care tasks.
