Centerstone in Bloomington, IN is seeking a full-time Therapeutic Recreation Aide to support clients with daily living activities, lead group and individual activities, and help implement the treatment plan under supervision.

You will document behaviors, monitor medication compliance, assist clinical staff, and help clients access entitlements while upholding Centerstone's values of respect, dignity, and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree; two years of related work or college coursework may substitute for degree requirement.
• At least two years of related experience.
• Time Type: Full time.

Responsabilités

• Observes and documents client compliance with medication regimes as dictated in the treatment plan.
• Assists clinical staff in meeting and monitoring the client's medical and health care needs.
• Assists in the implementation of programs as specified by supervisor.
• Facilitates group activities according to program schedule and implements individualized care plans as developed by treatment team.
• Assists clients in learning how to meet basic needs and securing appropriate entitlements.
