Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in behavioral health or healthcare setting.
• Experience with psychiatric disorders, developmental disabilities, or SUD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and monitors safety every 15 minutes.
• Observes and reports patient behaviors and changes to the team.
• Implements treatment plans under supervision of licensed staff.
• Engages patients in structured activities and coping strategies.
• Responds to crises and de-escalates conflicts per protocol.
• Maintains a safe environment and follows safety procedures.
• Assists with vital signs, specimen collection, and documentation.
• Collaborates with nurses and therapists to support progress.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Performs other duties and maintains regular attendance.
