Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Behavioral Health Technician or in direct care.
• Experience with adult clients in substance use treatment.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support adult clients throughout daily programming.
• Conduct regular headcounts, rounds, and safety checks.
• Collect and document urine drug screens in accordance with policy.
• Complete shift notes, room checks, incident reports, and behavior documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of all shared program spaces.
• Enforce program rules with professionalism and respect.
• Collaborate with therapists, medical staff, and leadership across shifts.
• Participate in team meetings and shift-change debriefs.
• Escort clients to appointments or activities as needed.
