Job summary

The OCD Anxiety Centers in Dallas, TX is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support clients on the treatment floor and assist therapists with group sessions. You will help maintain safety, document progress, and foster a positive, compliant environment.

You will participate in ongoing training, work two scheduled shifts (11:00 AM–3:00 PM and 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, Monday–Friday), and contribute to achieving high-quality outcomes and patient satisfaction within our evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to participate in ongoing training and education.
• Strong documentation and note-taking skills are required.
• Ability to engage with clients respectfully and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients through clinical interactions and help them develop skills.
• Maintain high standards of professional and caring treatment.
• Support therapists and colleagues to ensure treatment fidelity and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate group activities and collect homework and notes.
• Monitor daily activities and implement the treatment plan.
• Help maintain a clean, safe environment and uphold company policies.
