Job summary

Monte Nido Rosewood in Wickenburg, AZ is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician PRN to assist in leading the nursing team and support patients with eating disorders. The role includes monitoring patient activities, meal support and facilitating therapy activities within a multidisciplinary program.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid/CPI certifications, a valid AZ driver’s license, and the ability to obtain necessary clearances.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications.
• AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card within specified timeframe.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Experience in behavioral/mental health preferred.
• Eating Disorder knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care including monitoring of patient activities and behaviors.
• Provide meal monitoring, support and redirection of patients with eating disorders.
• Assist therapy groups with activities such as art, recreation, meditation and guided imagery.
