True Behavioral Health Lp is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Technician for our Newport Beach, CA programs. The role focuses on direct patient care in detox and residential settings, supporting assessments, safety monitoring, and treatment plan implementation.

The position requires flexibility for a 4x10 schedule (Friday to Monday) with evening to night hours. We offer a mission-driven culture, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, mental health, or healthcare preferred.
• RADT or Certified with a DHCS approved provider.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to remain calm during crisis situations.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate supervision and support to detox and residential clients
• Assist with new client assessments and provide orientation to new clients
• Monitor patient safety and document observations accurately
• Obtain vital signs, conduct basic health screenings, and collect urinalysis specimens
• Assist nursing staff with implementing treatment plans
• Support crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and infection control procedures
• Transport clients to appointments or meetings as needed

We're seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Technician to provide direct patient care in our detox and residential treatment programs. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Friday and Saturday 7:00pm to 5:30pm, Sunday and Monday 1:00pm to 10:30pm
