Grace Federal Solutions is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech for a traveler contract based in Hagerstown, Maryland. Start date 09/08/2026. The role involves direct patient care, monitoring wellbeing, and supporting treatment plans within a clinical setting.

Travel experience is required, with shifts generally 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM and weekend coverage as needed. Requirements include 1 year of psychiatric/behavioral health experience, vaccination mandates (COVID-19 and Flu), and EPIC charting

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of psychiatric/behavioral health experience.
• 1.5–2 years preferred; travel experience required if no adolescent/child experience.
• EOW (End of Week) required.
• COVID-19 vaccine required – medical/religious exemptions only.
• Flu vaccine required – no exemptions.
• EPIC charting system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

This role involves providing direct support and care to patients receiving behavioral health services by monitoring their well-being, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. The Behavioral Health Technician also observes and reports patient behaviors and changes to the clinical team while supporting treatment plans and therapeutic activities.

Requirements:

• One year of experience required - Strong Adolescent & Child preferred, if no adolescent and child experience, they must have 2 years and travel
• 1.5 or 2 yrs. of Psychiatric/Behavioral Health, recent experience required
• EOW required
• COVID-19 Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• Flu Vaccine Required – No Exemptions
• Certificates Required: BLS, CPI preferred
• EPIC charting system experience preferred
• Travel experience required.

Schedule:

• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
• Float required
• Weekend coverage: Every other
