Job summary

UCHealth Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, CO is seeking staff to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for behavioral health patients across inpatient, ED, or ambulatory settings under RN supervision. Responsibilities include milieu management and collaboration with the care team.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of behavioral health experience, and BLS/CPR certification valid through 60 days post-hire. PRN, day shifts, with pay range listed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or UCHealth competency test.
• 1 year of related Behavioral Health experience required.
• BLS/CPR card must be valid through sixty days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment in collaboration with care team.
• Monitor and document patient coping mechanisms and provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Contribute to plan of care and carry it out for assigned clients; report changes in condition.
