Job summary

The Ranch at Dove Tree, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate I to join the on-site treatment team. You will monitor client behaviors, provide continuous care, supervise activities, and assist in data collection and crisis response. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 6+ months’ experience with the population; CPR and de-escalation training are required. The position is onsite at the facility.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Six months or more experience with the population preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures client wellbeing and maintains a safe, supportive environment.
• Supervises clients, conducts safety checks, and documents observations.
• Engages clients in activities and assists with educational-rehabilitative groups.
• Records vital signs, reports changes to staff, and assists with incident reports.
