Vanderbilt Health is seeking staff for the adolescent program to provide essential patient care under RN supervision. You will deliver psychological, emotional, and physical support while maintaining a therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities include vital signs, phlebotomy, data collection, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and help maintain safety and quality care for patients in the program.

Qualificações

• Performs clinical care in line with the patient\'s treatment plan.
• Collects data to contribute to the assessment of strengths and limitations.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living as directed by the RN.

Responsabilidades

• Performs clinical care aligned with treatment plans and unit standards.
• Collects data to support patient assessment and progress.
• Assists with ADLs, hygiene, and daily living activities per RN guidance.
• Provides input to RN and healthcare team on patient progress toward goals.
• Maintains a safe environment conducive to healing and health promotion.
• Ensures orientation of new admissions and establishes therapeutic relationships.
• Provides safety feedback to charge nurse as needed.
• Assists in coordinating patient groups and occasionally co-leads groups.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
