Job summary

Meadows Behavioral Health in Denver, CO is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to join our outpatient team. The role supports the treatment plan, monitors patient behaviors, and provides continuous care under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant behavioral health experience beneficial.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of experience in a behavioral health care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient well-being by maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
• Observe and report patient behaviors to the treatment team.
• Intervene in crisis situations using approved behavioral interventions.
• Provide education to patients under supervision of Clinical Director.
• Assist in admission and discharge of patients and coordinate care.
• Document timely in patient records and support data collection.
